Fall 2023 Campus Dining Updates

- Now serving local cofee in Higgins, Bistro, Catering, and Cougar Cafe.
- Switched from peanut butter to sun butter in Higgins (peanut butter is still available in individual containers by the soup station).
- Added nutritional yeast option at the pasta station.
- Breakfast bread is now available at the Grill to help reduce cross contamination
- New at the Cougar Cafe - Nitro Brew!
- Espresso machine added to The Den.
- Local Belen pasries now available in The Den.
