Higgins Cafe is our flagship campus dining experience, featuring an all you care to eat hot and cold food selection at every meal, seven days a week. From allergen-friendly options to brick oven baked pizzas, plant-based entrees to international cuisines, Higgins has something for everyone to choose from. Fresh fruit, desserts and bakery items, and a full beverage selection round out the dining experience.
Higgins Cafe is designed with healthy food architecture in mind, real food ingredients and from scratch entrees.
As you enter the dining hall, you are first met with fresh, healthy options including fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Good nutrition is about the choices you make. We are dedicated to creating an exceptional dining experience during each and every meal in Higgins Cafe whether it be for meal plan participants, their guests or community members.

Higgins Salad Bar
The salad bar is a centerpiece of the Higgins Cafe. Featuring fresh, hand-cut vegetables, protein toppings, composed salads, and much more, it's your one-stop shop to create an amazing entree or side salad!
Warm and comforting, our soups are always rich and hearty, not to mention featuring vegan and vegetarian options along with regional and seasonal favorites like clam chowder and butternut squash soups.
Simple Zone is a station where food items needed by customers with celiac disease or food allergies can be housed with precautions against cross-contamination. This special area gives students the ability to be involved in their own allergen-safe meal preparation. Simple Zone will always be free of gluten-containing ingredients and products, as well as tree nut and peanut products.
Simple Servings provides a safe and appetizing food choice for our customers with food allergies, gluten intolerance, or those who prefer plain and simple foods. The Simple Servings station does not offer foods made with the FDA most common allergens of peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, wheat, soy, milk products, and eggs. All foods offered will be made without gluten-containing ingredients. Simple Servings staff members are carefully trained to avoid cross-contamination of their menu items. This station is open for everyone.
Travel the world with our Chef's Table station! This exhibition cooking experience features a weekly theme based on a region of the world and offers freshly prepared entrees from that cuisine daily. Your destination for international foods and freshly made to order entrees!
Taste of Home
Taste of Home features plated, restaurant-style meals ready to grab and go. Comfort foods are blended with exotic flavors and fresh ingredients to bring your favorites together on this station!
Freshly grilled burgers, eggs, and halal grilled chicken are daily staples at the Grill -- but just the beginning of what we have to offer. We have a daily special side dish such as sweet potato fries, house made chips, or curly fries, along with a daily special grill entree!
Your destination for 100% plant-based eating is Grown, our all-new plant-based station. Grown features a hot entree every day, along with rice, pasta and marinara sauce ready to go and a selection of cold composed salads, fresh vegetables and whole grains, dressings, and raw vegetables you can steam in our vegetable steamer!
Look for daily fresh-made sandwich and wrap options on the salad bar, as well as a make-your-own sandwich bar on the salad bar! We feature a daily rotation of roasted vegetables, cheeses, and meats along with toppings and breads.
The dessert bar is your stop for breakfast goodies like croissants, muffins, and pastries, but look for cakes, pies, cookies, brownies, and lots more for lunch and dinner options!
Under the supervision of the Worcester Vaad, our kosher meat kitchen is open to the entire Clark community. All entrees are prepared in-house daily, with favorites including vegan pasta alfredo, falafel, and shawarma. This station is closed for dinner on Friday and all day Saturday.
The Brick Oven
Grab a slice of fresh-baked brick oven pizza at the back of the dining room, featuring student favorites like cheese, pepperoni, and vegan vegetable pizza, along with rotating specialty pizzas and other entrees like chicken parm sandwiches, baked pasta casseroles, and strombolis!
Get your pasta the way you like it at Pasta Toss, featuring a vegan marinara sauce and a rotating special sauce daily, along with a selection of fresh-cut vegetables, proteins, and toppings! Pasta Toss also is our home for rotating specials like smoothies and stir-frys!
Quench your thirst at our beverage line, featuring your favorite soft drinks along with fruit-infused waters, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and more!
