Plan Options
Log in to CU Web and click "housing and dining self-service" to add or change a meal plan. Students can add meal plans anytime during the semester. If you would like to learn more details about meal plan offers, please contact mandi.donaldson@sodexo.com
Meal Exception Process
Please note that exceptions to Clark’s meal plan requirements are rare and limited to specific circumstances, such as a student who requires a medically prescribed diet that cannot be provided by Dining Services, or a student who is studying abroad. Students who have dietary or allergy concerns are encouraged to contact Clark Dining Services General Manager Michael.Newmark@sodexo.com for assistance on meeting their needs prior to beginning the exception process; non-medical dietary concerns and preferences are not sufficient reasons for exceptions. Clark Dining Services is proud to accommodate the majority of food allergies and dietary preference.
SWAP
Bistro “Swaps” are designed to be meal options for students on-the-go and to provide opportunities for students to enjoy meals in the Bistro as part of their dining plan. Swaps are chosen from a select menu in the Bistro and are deducted from students’ weekly Higgins Café Meals. Students may swap up to one meal per meal period until 9 p.m. daily.
Dining Dollars
Dining Dollars add flexibility to your dining options and are yours to spend like cash at all Dining Services locations. They are also tax-exempt. Any Dining Dollars remaining in a student’s account at the end of the fall semester will roll over and be available during the spring semester. However, Dining Dollars not used by the end of the spring semester will expire.
